Seen Nadie and it was the best experience I have ever had with a therapist i was having major anxiety about leaving the house this day and she made me feel calm and she actually listened thats all I wanted was to be heard and cared for and Nadie made that happen for me I want to thank her so much for that. I switched to rochester regional after having a very bad traumatic experience with a therapist at strong mental health so it was really hard for me to even seek out therapy after being treated so badly at the other place. ... read more

I was treated very poorly and unfairly in this place overlooked, misunderstood and mistreated It was racism and favoritism. I would raise my hand and say my answer I don't get no credit someone else steal my answer and say it they get the credit for my answer that I gave just as if everything else dealt jealously ,envy ,copying ,following ,comparing ,competing , people was mad and hating I thought this was a safe place I already deal with this on the outside and having to come to a facility and deal with this .
