Dr.'s and PA,s are great as well as the nurses but today I was there for my 10:45 infusion and they told me that it had been changed to 2pm. This is after I saw the PA at 10:15. My mycare says 10:45 for the infusion, The text I had to reply to said 10:45. You'd think if they are going to change it they would have enough sense to let me know. Not to mention who wants to go to 2 appointments at the VERY SAME location on the VERY SAME day 3 hours apart? I'm guessing not many people.
Brought my mother here because she was anemic. Met with Dr. and she said she may need a blood transfusion but needed to do bloodwork first. So they did the bloodwork on Tues. and said they would call her with details of what was next. When we left we didn’t get any info from them on what the doctors name was who we met with. Late Wed. She got an email that there was a letter in MyChart. We looked at it and it was a letter to her regular doctor that said she would get a call from the Dr. at Unity that morning.
