Took a friend to assess her chemo response. Really great staff.
As someone supporting a patient, why the hell do they have the tv blasting throughout the waiting room? I’m not here to be distracted, I’m here on a very serious matter and need to focus. This just strikes me as clueless.

My mother receives care at this center to manage a blood condition that started early 2020, during the onset of the pandemic and prior to receiving any vaccinations for COVID-19. It took six months to be seen by a provider at this location as we decided to make the switch from the Wilmot Cancer Center to RRH. The phlebotomists at this location are excellent and so is the doctor. The doctor has helped with adjusting my mother's medications when needed, however, there have been issues with communication on staff where I was to... read more
