Had a terrible experience. Our one year old child needed an emergency blood draw. We sat in a tight packed room, there was no greeter or sign in sheet, so just waited until we were called. I wasn't overly impressed with the cleanliness either. The staff did not even greet us and handled our child quite roughly. They didn't get blood the first draw and had to try again on the other arm and still failed. We asked what to do and they were essentially like "I don't know, come back later?"
