I've been going here for years, very nice staff, polite and efficient, never had a problem, wait times are subject to your arrival time, early morning sometimes have a longer wait.
Kiosk was out so a sign-in sheet was in its place. The room was full. A woman comes out and says "Who's next?" We all looked at eachother saying We don't know! The woman responds "We're all adults here." Expecting the patients to monitor the list! So rude!! Everyone wtg was all riled up after that. I have to say that I have never been treated this way by any medical professional in my life. I will not be going back.
I waited and waited. I didn’t see anyone. No one came out to say we’ll be with you soon or anything. I had to go to work. I can’t wait forever to give blood. They workers were rude and nasty. I’ll never go there again!
I’ve been in and out within 5 mins each of my times. I almost didn’t notice the computer that u have to sign in with. They should make that more clear upon walking in since there is no staff. You have to walk in and look to the side almost behind you to notice.
Waited over an hour only to learn that they didn’t have a blood work order from my doctor. Because they don’t have any sort of receptionist (or someone to speak to) at check-in, there was no way to verify the bloodwork order before you wait.
