I thought the reviews were an exaggeration or it couldn't be THAT bad - but no one should ever come here for anything if they can avoid it. Unprofessional, unhelpful, unpleasant. Even if you are desperate for a PCP DO NOT come here just because they are accepting new patients.
If I could get zero Stars I would but the rating shown right now is about accurate this is the worst place to go to I would advise finding a different office!! Especially if you have young children. Edit: I just want to say that the doctor i see is nice but still not enough to change the rating due to all the other negative factors. I found a new doctor for my daughter and I'm looking for one myself!
I say this and can not stress this enough! terribly unorganized and less than professional doctors(I too work in healthcare so I'd normally be more understanding had I been under the care of someone with real hospitality, someone who really had the heart behind the profession they chose.) I've expressed several concerns as my body has been all out of whack the past 4 years as I'm a survivor of VERY serious car accident. Come here if there are no other options available or if you have a lot of time to kill. I’ve waited for my doc for so long that the lights had turned off automatically ☠️
