Doctors are great
Had my annual eye exam with Dr. Paul O’Donnell– – I just love this place. The staff is always on top of it and they’re is a great System place keeping it running like a well oiled machine. Dr. O’Donnell is very personable and efficient and knowledgeable and kind and helpful and informative.
Waited over an hour in total just to be told “we don’t know what’s wrong with you” and not receive any care, prescriptions, or advice that was legitimately helpful. They seemed under staffed, and so I get that the doctor there was probably stretched very thin, but the fact that I had to pay for that kind of treatment is absurd.
Their pt providers are top notch.
