Made an appointment around 8:05 this morning scheduled for 1:30 got here 3 mins before my appointment and now it 2:35 just cause where walk ins were still patients and should get treated and seen as fast as the people who has made there appointments before hand and i would like to add that the multiple time ive tried to called to make an appointment before had i have gotten either no answer or they tell me i have to do a walk-in
I woke up 6am to get their same day appointment I called the second the clock turned 8am to get an appointment and the lady transferred me to the er nurse instead of making the appointment and now I cannot get through the words angry don't even begin to cover it. Additionally I would like to add the doctors here are unknowledgeable often suggesting the most obscure diagnosis which turns out to be false.
