I just wanted to leave this review to thank my nurse Anna last night in the er 7/15/2026 from 12:30am-4:45am she was the absolute sweetest she treated me with so much kindness I’ve never gotten an iv before and she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way she was even nice enough to come with me to my ct scan and hold my hand because I was so so nervous she also treated my boyfriend with kindness as well such as bringing us warm blankets,ice cream.water,etc.She truly is probably the best nurse I’ve ever had in my li... read more
Everyone I’ve come in contact with who works here is very nice and helpful.
Greatest hospital in NY State and I know not just experience but my neighbor in Rochester used to travel 🧳 do the ratings. Clifton Springs was only hospital who got an A!! Others were filthy.
This place has helped me so much. SUch great people. To say im greatful.is not enough
