DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. They are rude, dismissive, and absolutely do NOT care about their customers. There is a reason they have an F with the BBB. Sketchy and greedy. They also wrote the incorrect mileage on the car, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Lots of you have grounds to sue. Like someone else said, you're better off selling your soul to the devil.

I hate this company so much very unorganized! They don’t work with you! I have been telling them to change my payments because I started a new job! I haven’t heard from them they said I will be sending a default paper so we can change you payments nothing Melissa turned off my car because I was 4 days late I have never been late with my old job but I have a new job I paid 2 payments and one of them went to the interest they keep on sending different numbers I don’t know what to do! The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The staff are rude, dismissive, and clearly don’t care about helping customers. If you don’t enjoy assisting people, why work in customer service? It felt like I was an inconvenience the entire time. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values its customers.
