This company is unprofessional and treats people like they are beneath them. They don’t communicate or return calls. My sister is going through them and I have heard both Janet and Kim be extremely nasty to her. They make up lies to benefit their needs and try to talk down to you. We just completed the onboarding process and learned about the programs my parents qualify for. At this time we are extremely excited about the possibility of positive change due to the Encompass Community Supports programs. Our entire family has a huge sense of relief at this time as a result. We haven't actually started the programs yet. I plan to come back and add more details to this review once we have more experience with the programs.
