Unprofessional organization that has employees that will bold face lie about you. This place will give you the runaround as well as wrong information, placate you and make you the problem. When you find out truthful information from another organization about Encompass and realize you have been lied to and they manipulate the truth that speaks volumes about how this organization is run. Horrible organization!!
This company has some bad people working with them and they don't care. Let's keep someone who works there for years but get rid of someone that's good for no reason whatsoever. Half the time they don't answer their phone or even work.Mind you one of the workers had mentioned a part of their private life during work hours and it was highly inappropriate to mention what said person was talking about.Think twice before coming here or even remotely working with this janky company
This company is unprofessional and treats people like they are beneath them. They don’t communicate or return calls. My sister is going through them and I have heard both Janet and Kim be extremely nasty to her. They make up lies to benefit their needs and try to talk down to you.
