I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Abraham. We feel like we were being taking advantage of because we lack plumping knowledge. I tried explaining what I thought the problem was, instead I was left unheard and disregarded by Abraham. Instead of working to resolve the problem, he focused on upselling services. Roto Rooter to the rescue. After having other plumbers come to fix what we thought was a simple bathtub clog, turned out to be a clog in the main drainage pipe, they were the only ones that were able to clear it. Thank you Roto Rooter.
