Service was annual inspection. Interaction with service person very lacking. He showed up with no prior notice so I didn't know who he was. I called call center and they said he'd be back next morning and would call prior. Never got a call and he hung service notice on door when finished even though I opened front door so he knew I was home. People don't feel safe with strangers coming to their door so if it's a legitimate call, let homeowners know ahead of time.
Great customer service. I have been utilizing MDE (R&R) Pest Services for 5 years and my parents longer than that. Our family loves MDE! Oh yeah… and the mosquitos are really bad this year but not at my house!
Have used them 2 times in the last year and they took care of the problem. Will call again.
Brock Lancaster is the best! Great service and very professional. Highly recommend!!
