Terrible. Came out to the house and did a terrible install job. Had them come back out and then they hit a water line. Was told they would come back out to fix some of their traps, never returned. Was told they would credit me, never did and was still charged. 0/10.
I used MDE and R&R and recently called to find out Rocket Pest Control brought them out. They sent 2 technicians out yo do a free inspection l. I do remember telling them , that all wanted was truth and honesty and fairness. And clearly that is not what they showed me on last week! I was quoted me a Price of 575.00 and 50.00 a month and this only included setting traps and treatment. Stating if they filled in the places where the rodents were coming in would cost me another 300.00 and advised me to get someone else to do it ... read more
I commissioned treatment for property I sold last April. I just noticed a charge on my credit card for what I can only assume is a service at that same address--which I no longer own--a charge I did not authorize! Unscrupulous business practices!
We paid for not one, but TWO exclusion services and yet there are still squirrels in my attic. They refuse to do anything about it because they want us to pay an additional fee monthly to check traps, but since these exclusions were many months ago, there shouldn't be anything in the traps. The point of exclusion is to prevent animals from entering the home and they did not do their job and don't care that we told them they weren't successful.
