After what felt like no sleep for 3 weeks, I was in search of something to help me. As a personal trainer & group fitness instructor I am very hard on my body so I knew my body was overloaded & stressed. Taylor suggested I try a 90 minute massage with lymphatic drainage. Afterwards I felt immediate relief & for the first time in 3 weeks I got an amazing 9 hours of sleep! I cannot recommend Taylor enough! She is absolutely amazing!

I can’t recommend Taylor enough! Every session is so much more than just a massage — it feels like equal parts therapy, stress relief, and hanging out with your funniest, most caring friend.
