Came here for almost all my ultrasounds during pregnancy. Lovely techs and front desk staff - highly recommend!
Agree with the comments mentioning that customer service is lacking. Bed side manner basically non existent
Would not recommend this place due to one technician in particular. Unfortunately I do not have her name; however, she seems to be European. My sister went in for her anatomy scan today. This is a summary of what happened (from my sister's side): 1) Wasn't able to identify some parts of the baby and told me I came in too early (although it was her staff that booked me for that date, and I came in right before 20 weeks). 2) Kept on sighing and groaning every time she couldn't measure/find something. 3) Told me I had thick ski... read more
I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this clinic due to one front desk staff member (a woman wearing a hijab — mentioning only for identification, not judgment). She’s consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Once, my doctor sent me for an urgent ultrasound, but she refused to book it promptly, claiming they decide when to schedule, not the doctor.
