I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this clinic due to one front desk staff member (a woman wearing a hijab — mentioning only for identification, not judgment). She’s consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Once, my doctor sent me for an urgent ultrasound, but she refused to book it promptly, claiming they decide when to schedule, not the doctor. I brought my daughter to the RR Imaging last Saturday afternoon to obtain xray imaging for her ankle. The two ladies at the front desk were happy and professional and it made the experience really fun. We were seen within 5-10 minutes and the procedure took 10-15 minutes. RR Imaging will become our family's goto diagnostic imaging place from now on ... and convenient too because we live a few minutes away. Thank you, ladies !!!

Spacious waiting room, polite staff but parking needs work. There was no proper signage outside for me to see where I am going, but the staff came to get me. But the staff called the higher up to inform them that the sign/flag is gone and needs to be up so their patients can find them. Ultrasound room Is clean and scent free. Sonographer was kind and was thorough with the testing. Hoping that results come in the time frame they mentioned (2-3 business days).
