I had a great experience with R&R Plumbing, especially Brandon and his assistant Derrick. I was dealing with a recurring sewer line issue and wanted to make sure I understood exactly what was going on before committing to a major repair. Brandon took the time to inspect the problem, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions. Derrick was also very helpful and professional throughout the job. Overall a good experience with Cade, he was quick and efficient and knowledgeable . My only issue is that zelle was offered as a payment option to avoid a 3% surcharge with a credit card. We attempted with three different accounts, phones or persons, and couldn't get it to work so I ended up with the credit card surcharge.

Tech. was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Everything he did he explained and provided pictures. Because of his service I will be using R&R Plumbing from now on.

I was a little late for the meetup but he was so understanding and nice about it. He was very personable and explained everything! A pleasure to deal with! Got a free estimate but, unfortunately, as a single senior, the l price was a little too much for me. I did ask for an itemized estimate as in parts vs labor but did not receive that, only received a flat fee estimate now showing a breakdown.
