Andrew and another man come out to clean my coils on Thursday, June 28,2025. I called back Monday and had Shane come back out and he stated that noone had cleaned my coils. I called the office and the receptionist hung up on me. I had to call back 8 times before she would answer my call. Basically Andrew took my money and claimed he cleaned my coils but never did. This is the third time this company has done this. We are supposed to get a refund. We will get our money but the principal is we was lied to and so was the owner ... read more
I had just brought my husband home from the hospital and have a 2 year old granddaughter and a 6year old granddaughter and a disabled 31 year old step son and I called and got someone to our home with in less than 30 minutes he was able to fix the problem and give us immediate relief our house was 85° I can not thank them enough for their fast prompt service it was 5:26 pm when I call and the technician was here by 5:43pm I highly recommend anyone needing service you need to call R&R!!
