R&R heating and air from the moment I called them to the speedy arrival and even driving all the way to greenwood to get the part to fix my heat when we had freezing temperatures. Shane & Kain went above and beyond very knowledgeable polite respectful. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

I’ve now worked with Shane from R&R Heating & Air more than once, and he continues to set the standard for what HVAC service should be. This most recent visit was for system maintenance, and Shane was again outstanding. He was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. I am so impressed with R&R Heating and Air. Heat stopped working during an ice storm and Ryan contacted me as soon as he received my message, this was a Sunday. I wasn't expecting a quick turn around and am so pleased with the customer service. Ryan reviewed the systems fixed the areas that were issues and has the heat working. I love the fact that he stayed a bit longer to explain to me the type of unit I have and how it operates. This is the first that I have heard of, one unit housing the AC and Heat.
