The technician Shane was very informative, very respectful, and made sure that every option that he was suggesting I made the decision for. I’m not a hover person but he made sure to show me exactly what he was talking about and what he was seeing. Very thankful for him having not only the necessary tools, and replacement parts, but also the knowledge to troubleshoot and get my air conditioner back up and running.

Andrew and another man come out to clean my coils on Thursday, June 28,2025. I called back Monday and had Shane come back out and he stated that noone had cleaned my coils. I called the office and the receptionist hung up on me. I had to call back 8 times before she would answer my call. They charged me $245 and did not clean my coils. Ryan said they do not gave the stuff and refused to give me a refund or come clean them when they get the stuff
