My parents have used R&R in the past and they did Decent work, but now they have become unresponsive, don’t follow through with phone calls or emails, and different employees will tell you entirely different things. Their sloppy work left us in the worst heat in years, and when we asked for an estimate on one thing they tried to sell us something we didn’t even need. Seems they just don’t care.

Fixed my ac after another company could not!
Representative emailed me to set an appointment for an estimate on a new furnace. I replied with my phone number and my availability. Never received a reply after 3 emails sent over 3 days. Unprofessional, and rude.
Fantastic job installing furnace and ac! Highly recommend!
