They answered on the first ring, had me scheduled for an appointment the next day, and it cost exactly what they quoted. My garage door was stuck down and I couldn't lift it at all. I called R&R and they took care of it!! 5 Stars all around.

I couldn't be happier. A rep visited to measure and provide a quote within 24 hours of my call, and the quote visit only took about 15 minutes. Pricing was fair, and they agreed to do the work within 48 hours. The tech who installed did a wonderful job removing the old door, installing the new opener, door and tracks, and explaining the new components to me. Great company! My husband had our garage door apart for 10 months trying to fix it and R&R had my garage door up and back working along with installing a key pad on site in 20 minutes if that. Up front, straight forward nice people and COMPLETELY fair prices. Definitely recommend them!

I called since they had just fixed up my neighbors garage and he said they did an amazing job. Wasn't disappointed, calling in the morning, they said they would be there between 1pm and 3pm. He showed up right at 1pm, explained what needed to be fixed, had the bracket and parts needed, fixed it, and then oiled up the rollers and tightened the slack out of the chain for good measure. After experiencing a bad cable brake on my garage door after a long day , I was thrilled when I called R&R door repair ; after 5 Must add, and was greeted by a person and not an answering machine. I was asked if I would be available in the next 30 minutes for a repair man to come out. Wow !! Same day and 30 minutes .. better than a Pizza. Chris came out on time and went above and beyond by not only replacing broken part , he tightened my opener, aligned my door and greased rails " just to ensure my door operates properly.... read more
