R&R responds quickly to their customers, always does a fantastic job and leaves happy customers!! You will not be disappointed!! We have been using R&R for over 25 years for maintenance, repairs and they have installed two AC units for us over the 25 years.
R&R is a family owned and operated small business. I have used them several times at both my personal home and rental homes I have had in the past. The team has always been open and honest with the system issues they have encountered. Service and repairs has been completed in a timely manner - depending of course on parts availability. I have never felt oversold or pushed with extras as many service company attempt now days. Will I use them again - Absolutely.
I had R & R install a new water furnace back in 2020. I noticed afterwards the the floor was wet and the pipe they hooked up to the furnace had water beads on it. I thought it was condensation. As time went on the dripping got worse an I finally called R & R to fix it as the furnace came with a 10 yr. part and labor warranty. They sent Mario Escobar to fix it and found the pipes connected to the unit were loose and he gave them a quarter turn and stopped the leak. then he told me the price was 250.00 to fix and promised to s... read more
Absolute top notch! Went with R&R off of a recommendation of a neighbor. David came out and check my system after a failure - fault to ground. Within a week or so they had me a new compressor, installed. Compressor failed on startup, went to manufacturer to retrieve another and stayed until I had a working A/C. They arrive around noon and stayed until 6pm on a Friday. So disappointed, I decided I will never use or recommend a small family own business to anyone after experience I had with this company last month.
