One of the rudest professionals I have ever come across. My family is in a difficult situation. So, having someone there in person to pick out the carpet would have been difficult although someone would have been in person to receive it so it could be installed. The man was very short with me. The man told me, "I can't solve the problems of the world." Very uncooperative. Very rude. Very disappointing.
The Stoughton Resettlement Assistance Program has been working with families who recently had to flee their homeland in search of a new home in our towns and cities. The carpeting in the apartment for one of these families was in desperate need of cleaning and we needed help immediately because they are moving in this week.
