Not only it was scary and stressful, but it was so upsetting to see my damaged vehicle. After a hit and run took my truck mirror off, I went to RR/C. Chris and Wanda were incredibly helpful and guided me on the right choice with insurance. They ordered a mirror (which was in stock locally) and I joked about getting it done today. I left, Chris called a few hours later and asked if I could bring my truck in. I hung out in the waiting area and within 20 minutes the mirror was installed. Great experience resulting from a bad one.

Chris and Wanda are such lovely people! I got hit by an officer who ran a red light, the last thing I had expected. Dealing with the city to pay for the damages they caused was an utter nightmare! They ran me around in circles for weeks. I finally ended up filing through my insurance. My usual mechanic had recommended rrc for my body repair. I couldn't be happier that he did!
