We were in a pickle when our Itaska RV had engine trouble on Sunday night. Kyle and his crew were quick to help us the next morning and we were again on our way to California, (started in Alabama), quicker than expected! Thanks so much for the friendly, hospitable service and help!!
Dont fix it over 800, and still ot fixed. Will never use them again.
Let me just say after being ripped off by mechanics the entire time I've owned this truck (10yrs.) it's been almost impossible to find an honest knowledgeable mechanic. I was referred to R&R and expected more to the same but to my surprise and joy they fixed my truck in record time and worth every penny. I highly recommend if you're looking for an honest mechanic shop R&R is the place to go. Thankyou Kyle you're a blessing.
Wish I could give a negative -1. Had a horrible experience here. I brought my VW Beetle which is a diesel to R&R based on their good ratings. To be fair my Beetle is old and I told Candy who checked my car in that I could not afford to spend more than a 100 dollars or so as the car is just not worth it. I clearly.asked her to assure me NO work would be done on my car with my authorization and I also printed that on the information sheet I completed to check the car in.
