Drove about 6 hours to purchase an Express Van that was claimed to be in good condition. Paid more than it’s worth and now I’m stuck with it til I can find a motor. Yes, Rico did help by giving $1000 back to help us get it back home. But when telling him that the motor is bad and the head gaskets are blown it’s completely useless for me and my family which really needed this vehicle. Rico Smith one of the salesmen at this location had me drive an hour and a half away to look at this lexus...stated it was in excellent shape and condition used old photos when posted. Drove all the way down to St. Pete to this bummy used car shop. Rico who I made an appointment with was late and when I spoke to him he used profane language ok...I do too...not so professional.
