Sara, the receptionist, was very rude! she was going to cancel my appointment because I was 4 minutes late,even when weather conditions and traffic were bad,then I called 2 weeks in advance for a prescription, and they never got back to me! Doctor Naguyen told me to go in my chart because she didn't see the calls and told me they were short on staff,I guess they never check their calls!! overall maybe the center is good,but the environment not really!!!! Time and Money lost!!
Horrible place to go to. They made me see a resident which I requested not to see. Resident mistook what I said and lied to the doctor about it. I did not notice until I got home and checked my mychart after summary report. When I called to explain they were very argumentative about it and very rude and disrespectful I asked to see a different doctor for a second opinion and was refused any help I asked to speak to a program manager and was told they would call me and they never did. Very unprofessional.
Even though my BMI didn’t qualify I was taken care of by such a professional staff member Sarah, who was so helpful and kind I would recommend that office to anyone! Thank you for answering all my questions and being so polite. I hope to send future patients to that practice and I hope they get to experience what I did in such a professional manner.
