I am a tenant at a residence that Chris manages. The communication with Chis is horrible. I can’t leave a voicemail when I call him because his voicemail is full. He expects his tenants to do his job for him by having them call the venders to set up appointments when something needs so be fixed/replaced. I needed a new refrigerator in my unit so Chris was supposed to come to the property to take measurements before ordering the new one but kept putting it off so I had to send them to him then he ordered a fridge that is half... read more
They have managed my property for 7-8 years now and while originally great, Chris has become completely unresponsive. I have had significantly delayed payments, undisclosed repairs, missing payments and Chris has not responded to any email, text, or phone call in over 3 months. I feel like they are holding my property hostage! Very unprofessional. Avoid.
