RPM helped me a ton on the phone and even the day I showed up. I hauled my C6Z here from 5 hours away and showed up 10 minutes before they opened. I had already made a plan on everything with the salesman over the phone for what to do for an entire built driveline. Absolutely the best in service customer experience and product you cannot get better. I had been spending a huge amount of money and rebuilding my transmission every event and alot of the time the transmission from the previous builder M&M wouldn't even make it to the end of the event in working order. RPM built the new transmission the right way and with all the correct parts that were suppose to have been fitted previously and now we instantly ran the best 60 foot and 1/8 miles and Best MPH ever!! RPM is the Very Best
These guys are awesome! They rebuilt the transmission on my Dodge Viper. Upgraded the oem transmission that had a smoked 1st and 2nd gear to the RPM level 5. Now it shifts crispy and feels great! Highly recommend them!
Very up front company. Very clean unit was delivered no problem. Almost 10k miles later shifts just fine. Changed fluid around 6k and had a decent bit of metal, however I’m not easy on it. Still acts like new, we shall see how it holds up in the future. Thanks
Extremely good customer service! Very nice and understand and they go out of their way to make sure you are in good shape. Brought my c5 in for a blown transmission and I asked if they could double check things while they were down there and they did not disappoint. I couldn’t have asked for more and I’m very nit-picky and particular on making everything perfect. You can tell they care and take pride in what they all do.
