I sent my TR6060 to RPM and paid $7,700 upfront for a PPG gearset after being told it would arrive in “about 3 weeks.” Two months later, I had no gearset, no tracking, and not even proof that it was ever ordered. They stopped answering my calls, gave inconsistent answers when I did get through, and kept pushing the timeline with vague excuses.
