Great experience from the moment I arrived to the moment I got home! I drove 4.5 hours to have a differential and converter installed in my C5 while I hung out in their waiting area. I sent my TR6060 to RPM and paid $7,700 upfront for a PPG gearset after being told it would arrive in “about 3 weeks.” Two months later, I had no gearset, no tracking, and not even proof that it was ever ordered. They stopped answering my calls, gave inconsistent answers when I did get through, and kept pushing the timeline with vague excuses. Great bunch of guys treated me like I was one of them I took my truck there and was waiting on it and they where taking a lunch and offered me to go with them we had some great BBQ you don't get that anywhere that I know of and they went out of there way wanted to give a big thanks to Camren his Dad and Jason the tech I would highly recommend any one you needs transmission work done to go here
I bought a level V t56 and a stage II diff from Jeremy and put it in myself. They were super helpful through the whole process. Had issues with the clutch and it damaged the transmission. Took it to them and they made it perfect. They’ve been extremely helpful and definitely recommend them. They have an excellent shop and customer service. I’m very pleased with the quality of work! Give them a call and they’ll tell you everything you need to know. Will use them again for my next project!
I bought a RPM level 6 T56 Magnum from Jeremy and I absolutely cannot describe the unbelievably excellent customer service, the fast response, excellent pricing and excellent quality of parts and everything else RPM transmissions has done for me past and present.
