Honestly the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The car wasn’t ready on time, and when I finally got it, it was dirty and smelled awful. I tried to reach out to the manager but got no response. Completely unprofessional
Terrible customer service experience. I felt like they just wanted my money and didn't care about my needs at all. The car had mechanical issues and no one took responsibility. Avoid this place if you value your time and money
The car was filthy, the tank wasn’t full, and they refused to refund my deposit for no reason. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere
