We rent office space from RPM. It hasn't been anything above and beyond, maintenance issues are fixed periodically. My only issue is that the security management as well as the stairwells/elevator seem to always have issues. I don't have any major complaints, I'd say they are pretty middle of the road.
Takes care of commercial needs quickly and is friendly.
They take money and don’t repair your homes I’ve waited 5 years and it’s still not fixed
I Rented an apartment from these people and 3 months later I was moving out! They never fixed anything. Multiple units were broken into, my windows were old rusted and didn’t lock properly. My Refrigerator went completely out and They cancelled all my maintenance orders and never sent anyone out but they will text about rent money. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. RPM Realty is truly the absolute WORST property manager on earth. They cancelled our automatic payments to the water company without notifying us, which is absurd and I did not know they could even do that?!? never answered calls when we needed maintenance or severe issues that needed further attention like our air not working in the summer and had the audacity to bring up the black disgusting mold at move out that the Maintenance man told us not to worry about as if we did not tell them ... read more
