If you like giving your money to a company that doesn’t keep its promises, then RPM-Motorsports is the place for you! I purchased a tune in Nov 2024. Right now their website says “Note V-Tuners are sent from User to user and due to the high demand of our tunes it may take 5-15business days to receive your tuner.” Here I am, over 133 days later, and I still don’t have a tune. I ordered a tuner for my pontiac solstice. At the time the customer service was great. I received it but it didn't work. I reached out to rpm. They said they would look into the problem. At first they were good about responding but lately I've called repeatedly and no one answers. I've sent emails that haven't been replied to. This is an expensive thing to not be able to use it. And my car can't be driven in the meantime.
Update: ordered RPMs Tru Race exhaust and had it installed. It definitely wakes up the car and sounds amazing! Yet again, Martin and his team were excellent in service and quality. As much as possible, all my mods are coming from them. Martin and the team at RPM are very knowledgeable, professional, and have excellent customer service with quick replies to my questions. I ordered the CAI and upgraded charge pipes for my Sky Redline and the products were perfect, and look great!
Product is not as described. Cts 2.0 downpipe. The welds are terrible, the flange lineup to pipe is way off causing a large lip in the direction of flowing exhaust. The downpipe is also completely missing the lower bracket. I added the option for the specially designed o2 extended for ecotec platform for 25 bucks.
