Bought a live tune. We are in illinois. Very happy. Have me calling back after we race to dial things in. Martin was great to work with. Will be purchasing more tunes for sure. Great job!
I came into an unfortunate situation with my 07 Sky Redline. I reached out to RPM in the middle of a Friday. Martin answered immediately and started running through options with me. He was out and about but did call me back once back at his shop. I ended up ordering a turbo, an exhaust manifold, some gaskets and a tune for me ECM. He did managed to work in a discount that ate almost all of the shipping cost. He did get it over to the warehouse the same day, and my order shipped the same day. I had a remote tune done on my Sky Redline with Martin. The actual tuning process went very well and I'm happy with the results. The equipment functioned well and Martin was able to dial in my tune without any trouble. One star off (tempted to take two) for the extensive waiting period to get this done. I ordered this tune on a Black Friday sale in November and just barely got it done over 4 months later (after getting a bit heated in an email and after several other email follow-ups prior to this). If you like giving your money to a company that doesn’t keep its promises, then RPM-Motorsports is the place for you! I purchased a tune in Nov 2024. Right now their website says “Note V-Tuners are sent from User to user and due to the high demand of our tunes it may take 5-15business days to receive your tuner.” Here I am, over 133 days later, and I still don’t have a tune.
