Nunca en su vida traigan un carro a este lugar, no cometan ese error, hacen un trabajo horrible y demoran una eternidad, cuando vas a preguntar por tu carro los trabajadores del lugar no tienen respuestas y te dicen que ellos no saben nada que llames al jefe Jaime y cuando lo llamas nunca contesta y apaga su teléfono, es una falta de respeto este lugar, no pierdan su tiempo en traer a arreglar algún carro aquí, el trabajo que hacen es pésimo y la atención al cliente es horrible, no les importa para nada sus clientes.
This is the first negative review I’ve ever written, particularly because Jaime had multiple opportunities to make this right over the course of months and dropped the ball deliberately at every opportunity. Our car was rear ended in early March 0f 2023 and we took it to RPM because it was the only shop we could find that would accept the insurance carried by the guy who hit us. El taller mas sucio para trabajar nunca mas pondría mi carro ahy realizaron un trabajo asqueroso en mi camioneta quedaron de poner partes nuevas y lino lo isieron pero si las cobraron como nuevas y mi camioneta se le empezaron a caer las partes y a un así no quiso hacerse reaponaable de lo demás solo pinta las partes no las pone nuevas y las cobra como nuevas nunca me quiso dar una copia de mi factura la aseguranza me lo iso saber y fue una suma bastante considerable no confíen en ellos es una mala experiencia ahora tengo yo... read more
