Ben is an amazing lender, his creativity and attention to detail play a huge role in his success and you can clearly see it. As an agent sometimes we get bombarded with lenders who want to work with us so it's important to know if you refer a client to your lender that they are well taken care of. I've seen Ben go above and beyond for our clients numerous times. He's a standup guy and it really shows in his professional life.
Ben was great to work with. When paperwork snags (not on his side) caused unexpected delays, my wife and I were worried that the sellers might back out. Ben worked patiently and tirelessly with us and the sellers to make sure everything finally went through properly and as expeditiously as possible. I'll definitely work with him again.
