One of RPM's apartment buildings falsely put a collection on my credit report Back in April. I was made aware when it dropped my credit score in June/July. They realized their staff did not do their job and that I did not owe money and said they would remove it from my credit report. In August, I still had had MULTIPLE credit card companies closing or significantly dropping my credit limits due this derogatory account. Haven't recieved new leasing documents for weeks now to cover renewal terms and the community managers/agents have stopped answering the phone.
RPM Living is the worst management and cares nothing about their tenants. They run a bait and switch business that promises luxury living but once you sign on the dotted line and are in contract you will be ignored by them. STAY AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY THEY MANAGE!!!!!
