ANOTHER WRONGLY CHARGE. You cannot get anyone on the phone. That number is a joke. Every month, this company adds an insurance fee to my rent, even though I have approved renter’s insurance on file. I’ve provided proof multiple times, yet they continue to charge the extra fee. It’s frustrating having to call or email every month to get it corrected. I recently toured the Bungalows at Asante and Surprise. Beautiful property! Can’t wait to move in! The manager Catie Cranny was amazing! Very knowledgable and super helpful and nice. Five Stars simply for her! 👏🏼

I normally don’t post reviews, but after everything I’ve experienced at Celia Apartments, I feel it’s important to share my story so others can make an informed decision before moving here. Speaking from 16 years of experience in this industry. Breaking family housing laws for residents that pay higher rent. Understaffed. Unprofessional. Leadership is disconnected with reality. Promotions are given to employees who don’t have enough experience to do the job. As a result of all of this, they will fire good employees who speak up about their experiences to keep the employees around that don’t know how to perform their job correctly.
