July 17th 2025 Celia Apartments in Phoenix Arizona. Lights remain out under covered parking spots and on buildings thoughout the complex. When it's dark out it's not safe.The leasing office and the corporate office are aware of this lighting issue and all of the patio violations. They do nothing as the lights remain out and stuff remains on residents windows, patios and on front and back balconies thoughout the complex. Lindsay S has been nothing short of incredible! She's there for her residents when they need her and gives incredible advise as well as information that is sometimes not given or forgotten. She cares for the residents of the properties she looks over and her actions/words show that she treats them like extended family!
This company knowingly rents out buildings infested with bedbugs , AVOID any of their properties at all costs. Can’t imagine being ok with inflicting this on another human
