I was genuinely excited about leasing through this company and was hoping to move in as soon as possible. Unfortunately, my experience with the application process left a lot to be desired. I understand that teams get busy, but waiting four and a half hours for a return call or even a response to important questions regarding an application is unacceptable, especially when applicants are being asked to submit additional documentation and non-refundable fees. RPM’s site Terrasol used to have a highly competent and kind management team, Xavier and Breanna, who is referenced through previous reviews for Terrasol. Breanna is a huge reason I signed my original lease and they both played into why I renewed my lease. Change in manager and leasing agent happened a few months ago as well as a new owner. Since then, things have gone downhill.
