Community is Tides at 12810 N. Cave Creek Rd Noise - dogs are frequently left on balconies near office and bark excessively. Lower pool area in disarepair. Gate chained shut by spa for months. Laundry room door hinge removed and not replaced.
Whatever you do do not stay here everything's broken all the time. They also took forever and still haven't given me my deposit after 30 days and actually they have 14 days to return it by law and who knows how much longer. Their fees are outrageous. If you don't pay within 10 days then they start proceedings to throw you out but yet then they take forever to give you your money back. Worst freaking management I've ever been a part of I was so thankful to pack my stuff and leave
Very bad company, I was a resident of an apartment complex and called several times to see what happened with my security deposit. They answered me, I explained, they said they were going to contact me and that's not true, they hung up on the personal fatal call.
