Our experience with an RPM Living-managed property, The Pointe at South Mountain in Phoenix, following move-out has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. RPM Living took over management of the property during my daughter's tenancy. We absolutely love living at The Vue at Rocklin Ridge! The community is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. Jen, the Property Manager, is always kind, helpful, and professional. A huge shoutout to David from Maintenance! He is absolutely fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. The absolute worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. With a slew of bug infestations, rude staff members, and poorly maintained apartments that are overpriced. They were happy to leave us with no AC on the hottest day of the year in AZ with only offering one portable AC unit for a two bedroom. On top of that, got hung up on by a staff member and the manager refused to speak with us about our complaints. Disgusting staff and terrible company!! DO NOT RENT EVER!
