This company is a complete joke. They recently took over an Avenue 5 property and the place has gone down since. Manager is a complete waste of life, dei is definitely why she was promoted. GM won’t respond to calls or emails and the same goes for the front office. Beware of any of the properties owned and operated by RPM loving. Stay far far far away

I am moving into one of their properties this month and can not get in touch with anyone. I left messages, emailed - no response. I am second guessing this move.

I had a great experience from beginning to the end of my lease. The office staff was always nice and accommodating. This is a great location with stores in walking distance. The apartment was a good value for the size and amenities. I would recommend it to anyone. I was just too old for the 3rd floor.
