RPM latest owners from air community management co. What a hot mess! First, no formal communication introduction from property manager and staff. They never answer phones or returned emails. All communication they send out from the Elm Creek community are non formal signed Elm Creek Mgmt. Really hate this new transition, with the old management, they were on top of things, open communication, you knew who they were and very active and available within the community. Also, beware of add’l fees!!!
