The contracted workers that came to my home were extremely professional. The owner and office has very poor communication. They would send texts and emails that were very different at times. We had materials sitting in our yard for over two weeks and they never knew it was delivered. There were several areas of miscommunication in fact too many to type. I highly recommend that you pay very close attention to your contract because the owner will verbally change it as the project goes which was extremely frustrating as well. I... read more
