Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. We were there celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary last night. Beautiful restaurant, amazing food, friendly bus boys, bad waiter. Took some time for him to acknowledge us, took forever to get water & even longer to get our cocktails. We were envious of the great service that everyone around us was getting. I did mention it to a manager on the way out & he was very apologetic, but considering he didn't even ask us who our waiter was, I doubt he really cared. Very disappointing
Worst service I ever had at a restaurant. Then had to pay extra to valet because it took our waiter extra time to take our order. Waited 15 min before anyone addressed us and had to ask a manager who our server was before getting service. Will never go back again!!!
Great place, fabulous food, service a little bit slow but I was there on a very night.
New to the neighborhood, this will be my go-to restaurant when I want great food, service and cocktails/wine.
We came to RPM on NYE and we had great service by Chad who was an attentive server but also very funny and friendly. Our food was perfect and tasted great! Can not wait to go back to Chicago we will definitely be visiting RPM again!
Entire experience was wonderful. Service was excellent. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and on point w/ recommendations. Grilled Octobus, Caesar salad, Asti Wine and Beingets. Special, wild boar and black truffle ravioli was amazing.
I made reservations weeks in advance to have a nice place with ambiance and great food for dinner after going to Newsies musical last night This place was highly recommended I didn't realize they had valet parking cause sign wasn't visible so I dropped off my 16 and 26 year old daughters so they could grab our reserved table on time while I looked for parking When I returned 10 min later They were seated in the further corner back with no view or ambiance at all( there were plenty of seats open btw) and we had reservations M... read more
