Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. Fantastic best Italian I have ever had bar none and great Atmosphere
After reading the last comment/reviews l had to write the following... Unfortunately I cannot remember our server's name!! Staff excellent, our server l am embarrassed l can't remember her name.... Erica maybe... pretty brunette working in the bar area Tuesday evening December 27 .. extremely knowledgeable, not just the wine list but everything on the menu, a very personable young lady, extremely attentive... she has been with RPM since the day they open. The 7 fishes prix fix menu last night ( 24 th Dec) was amazing! One of the best meals I have had in a long time! Will be returning for the regular menu. The wine selection outstanding as well!

Our meal and service were excellent. The wine we had was also great. Only negative was the table we had we were a little tight but we will definitely be back!!!
Amazing food, tremendous service. I highly recommend the beets appetizer, Ricotta stuffed Gnocchi and the Ribeye Cap. We will be back!
