We were recently contacted by RPM and agreed to a free inspection regarding the state of the insulation in our attic. Their rep Alex explained clearly before and after he inspected the attic and took some pictures that the level of insulation was not up to standard at 8"/R21 -- when it should be 20"/R60-70. He also pointed out the extensive presence of mold that had built up over time (due to inadequate insulation and lack of sufficient baffles). We agreed to have the required upgrade done. One thing I hate the most is people knocking on doors and this happened today. Even if its a good company as it might seem form the positive reviews , it just doesn't provide me with enough confidence that we're actually dealing with a legit individual no mattewr how nice and polite they are (previous bad experiences). I need your service but cannot deal with someone at the door while my dog is barking and I'm standing in the cold to listen to him. you want my business, contact me !
I had Abdul and Assem come install new insulation today and they did a fantastic job. Fixed a few things in the process. Thank you guys for your professionalism and great skill!
