I needed them to service a unit that they installed years ago after I bought the unit. They came exactly at the time they scheduled. The two gentlemen that came were extremely professional. They ran brand new lines to avoid a future panel installation that needed to happen and worked with the electrician flawlessly. Professional service by a friendly staff.
I am a loyal customer for many years now after purchasing my HVAC unit from RPM. I like the fact that they are a local business. Recently had Al and Jeff do the routine Spring check up and they went above and beyond, as all the employees and techs do from my experience. I have recommended RPM to many of my neighbors, friends and family; and will continue to do so.

my blower stop working in sept. 2025, code was for blower motor module. I diagnosed the failure and was charged for diagnostic. I had the motor replaced under parts warranty. was told I had 90 days labor on the motor. Left the tile and grout lines scratched and the wiring was a mess. I repaired all that. I started noticing a bearing type noise, which my old motor never made. so on 11/13/25 send someone over, and couldn't hear a thing. tech wares hearing aids. after about 15 minutes pulls the air filter out and the noise stop... read more
