My experience with RPM and their professional team was easy, fast, efficient and cost competitive from start to finish. I had a Trane AC unit and furnace installed yesterday and the team provided drop cloths and cleaned the areas after the work. They took measurements and fabricated duct before arriving. Had my fall service completed at my house and my daughter's house on Wednesday September 25th. Bob and Jeff did an outstanding job. Both are professional and efficient. They represent RPM well.
RPM has serviced my HVAC needs for over 30 years. They recently replaced an air conditioner coil. All work was completed perfectly. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and efficient as well as being courteous and respectful of your property. I highly recommend RPM.
Great company. The technician they sent out, Ken, was super friendly and knowledgeable. Did a great job diagnosing the problem and installing a nice new thermostat for me. Will go back to these guys for all future heating and cooling news. Recommend 10/10
