Had a leak in the furnace. Water everywhere. The technician came for literally three minutes and told my wife, "well this is going to be easy". Got charged 197 for three minutes. 197. Knowing there was a leak, the man could've checked the air filter and replaced it (which I would've gladly paid for). The filter was drenched. The technician says" 197 is the years of experience you pay for". Experience my @$$. Experience would've told you to look at other areas and see where else the water did damage to. I needed an entire new heating and AC system. RPM quoted a quality system with a very competitive price and an extended labor warranty. Bob, Alan and Jeff worked well together and completed the old system removal and new system install within 1 day. Rocky and the office team were excellent to work with to get contract in place, answer questions and follow up with documentation and permits. Definitely would use RPM again .

Bob and Jeff went above and beyond in installing a new air conditioner for my home. Could not be happier. Drove to their office to make sure I told them so! Highly recommended.

The technician very quickly fixed the problem - the fan was running in wrong direction due to a mistake in connections made by a Horizon tech who replaced the capacitor on outside unit. Very good job, thank you RPM. I will use their service in the future.

Nothing but great experiences with this company. They have been out twice to service our air conditioner, both times within 2 hours of calling. Ray, our technician, was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Charges were reasonable. Highly recommend this company!
