Bob and Jeff went above and beyond in installing a new air conditioner for my home. Could not be happier. Drove to their office to make sure I told them so! Highly recommended.
The technician very quickly fixed the problem - the fan was running in wrong direction due to a mistake in connections made by a Horizon tech who replaced the capacitor on outside unit. Very good job, thank you RPM. I will use their service in the future.
Nothing but great experiences with this company. They have been out twice to service our air conditioner, both times within 2 hours of calling. Ray, our technician, was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Charges were reasonable. Highly recommend this company!

Bob, Alan, and Jeff did the install and were highly professional and courteous, and to my pleasant surprise, got the job done in about 4 hours. I feel RPM offers a very reasonable price and does reliable, honest work. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them for your residential HVAC needs.
