What kind of a two bit operation is this? My granddaughter, a single mom, has her car towed to your shop because it won’t start. You charge her $180 to diagnose a bad battery. And let me say that again, $180 to diagnose a bad battery! Are you kidding me !!!!!? Then you turn around and charge her another $270 for a battery and installation! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
This was my first time using RPM but it won’t be my last. They were friendly, efficient, and thorough. The vehicle I brought them was my late father’s 14 year old truck so it holds a lot of meaning for me. They did a great job with the service and kept me apprised of everything they needed to do all along the way. Highly recommend.
