Great customer service with a small order issue I had.
Great service, product packaged extremely well, excellent quality!
I had previously left a negative review. Long and short of it is, it was on me. I installed it wrong and I blamed them. Purchase was great service was great the only flaw was me and my impatience.
Had exactly what I needed! Thanks guys Edit: oh man I have never been so surprised about the quality of something as I was this. Left a good review initially because they had a fuel tank skid plate for a bronco. Fantastic. Then I actually put it on lol. So poorly made. The brackets don't line up with themselves. You can tell through the instructions these are just generic Chinese made products. Just hot garbage. this is what I would expect from temu or wish.com. you can see in the photo. Don’t bother wasting your time with this company. I placed an order for accent light 12/9/24, obviously a Christmas gift. The lights never showed up. I call to find out why and customer service informs me they are out of stock. Ok, why wasn’t that noted on the website? Well they were in stock when you purchased them. So you sold my lights to another customer? Yes it appears so… I’m absolutely flabbergasted at the lack of accountability. Clearly this is some two bit operation not worth anyone’s time or money.
