Please look at his other recent reviews. I know of at least one person who is suing him because his car SAT at his shop for a year with nothing done to it except a lot of bs stories of why his car hasn't been fixed. I would advise going somewhere else. My car was in his shop for over a month with no work done. A bigger issue for me was the lack of communication from Ruel. After reading the reviews I was worried but RPM took car of my car within an hour. I just need an oil change but it’s hard to find someone that works on MB besides MB dealer! As long as all is fine after my oil change I will be back! Thanks RPM!

$$$$ if u like ur money and time u will go somewhere else. Don’t waste it! I went to get my A/C repaired but let’s just say long story short it took not 1 not 2 but 3 compressors that I went through. He said that he was trying to save me $$ by just replacing the compressor but I told him that I could still smell an anti-freeze smell. I said there’s something else. So he said that it was a bad compressor that was probably given the smell or do to low or no Freon n the system. That was the 2 compressor after I had Burt up the ... read more
