My car's AC was not working so I made an appointment for 9am last Saturday - as that's the time Roy told me they open. I got there before 9am to see the parking lot busy already and people going inside - which lead me to find the "Hours" sign marking they open at 8am. Why lie about the time you open? I then waited 2 hrs for my car's turn to get looked at even though I had an appointment for 9am. A while ago, I visited RPM Auto for an issue with my car horn. They checked it and confirmed it wasn’t working—but then removed the horn from my car without any proper explanation. For that alone, they charged me $33. Later, I took my vehicle to Hyundai, where I found out the horn was covered under warranty. However, since RPM had already removed the original part, Hyundai couldn’t return it for warranty diagnostics, and I ended up paying $170 out of pocket—all because of RPM’s careless handling.
