My car's AC was not working so I made an appointment for 9am last Saturday - as that's the time Roy told me they open. I got there before 9am to see the parking lot busy already and people going inside - which lead me to find the "Hours" sign marking they open at 8am. Why lie about the time you open? I then waited 2 hrs for my car's turn to get looked at even though I had an appointment for 9am.
