Do NOT hire RPI in Malvern for landscaping. I fell victim to this Joe, his uncle and his company, and it’s a cautionary tale for anyone, anywhere. The owner, who also controls an apartment complex with a fraudulent HOA structure, rigged the voting system to hold most of the votes, ensuring homeowners can’t remove him or his shady landscaping company. We had a house fire 2 years ago, and we lost everything. My wife and I struggled to find a contractor we could trust, and went through 3 different and "highly recommended" contractors from the area, and it was nearly a nightmare. RPI Company does lawn care for Exeter Village Apts in PA. I am a resident and very disappointed with their service particularly around my apartment. After they mow the workers come around with the blowers and blow grass clippings and mulch all over my front and back porches, chairs and tables. I have to clean up after them every week. I called to complain, but no one got back to me. As a senior citizen this frustrates me week after week. Great experience with RPI. Arranged a tree removal job with them and I was very happy with the process. Clean job and good communication throughout. Bob Bruno was great to work with. Will definitely use them again.
