I've found my experience with this shop to be a good one. Especially considering I was totally ripped off by a competitor of theirs just a few months ago for a similar repair. Transparent pricing, honest warranty, clear and concise information, and super friendly manager, and my phone was fixed to the spec's that I asked so I'm happy.
Went there to repair my phone. Job was poorly done. When I came back to repair something they did, they wouldn’t honour their warranty. Pretty unprofessional and I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my enemy.
Irresponsible owners not taking any accountability! Do not trust them with your electronics. Got iPhone screen replaced (OEM replacement was what I was told) 2 weeks ago and went back to the store before the 1-month warranty I was promised because Lock Screen buttons, double tap and brightness issues. Was told the employee that fixed it no longer works for them and they are not responsible for his work. Also, after arguing with them they said that I must have sat on my phone or broken it myself.
I dropped my IPAD for repair as the screen was not working. I was a little worried because I usually do my research before hand. Caution waas in the wind. Ended up being a good experience. My screen has not worked for over a year. I thought it was not fixable but R Phone got me going in just a few days. I am happy with the results and this is one less electronic in the landfill. Win Win
