I had 2 other plumbing companies work on my house - 1 tried to upsell me an entire replacement of all the pipes under my house for over 15k, the other cut through a joist and left it that way. I called RPG and told them I want a permanent solution to fix a recurring issue with a pipe backing up. Their team did exactly what they said they were going to do and provided a long term solution replacing 10-15 ft of pipe. RPG Construction, also known as RPG Plumbing Service, has a terrific focus on the customer. Prestige Electric, our go-to recommendation hub for all things home repair, recommended RPG. That means professional competence and depth of knowledge was not a concern. What surprised and delighted us was how quickly they scheduled our non-urgent concern. And they gave us a one-hour window, not a 3-4 hours AM or PM window. And it gets better. Within the one-hour window, Michael called us to say he was on the way. Boom, mic drop

The owner Patrick is very professional and definitely cares about his customers. He works with your schedule and make it work for you. Prices are great. Jr. Came by and did my leak inspection. He was very respectful and professional. He got right to work and give me an answer within 20 mins. Aaron followed up with me with a phone call and even offered some reccome dation moving forward. This is definitely one of the best companies I have ever worked with in the DMV.

The initial technician was awesome! We did have to call them back because there was gas leaking from somewhere, which we thought was a pipe, it turned out it wasn't. Our regulator went after the initial repair was completed and although it wasn't their fault the owner still made things right. Patrick came out on his Saturday and installed the new propane regulator so he could ensure our small business could continue to operate. Thank you Patrick and team!
