I had an incredible experience RPG Plumbing Services! We had a major backup in our system on a Saturday. They answered the phone right away, and I spoke to an actual person, not AI. Aron Gill, Field Manager-Senior Technician, and Perrin did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem and presenting me with two options and pricing to complete the work. RPG has always been great to work with! They always respond when they say they will. Their communication throughout the job is above board. They document with photos and articulate well what is going on. They are respectful of the homeowners property and return things to where they found them, cleaning up after the job. Call them! I needed my shower valve replaced and no longer have the tools for the job. I found RPG on the web and arranged for them to come by and give me a quote. Aron and Perrin came by and quoted us a reasonable price. I cut the hole and bought the valve then Perrin did the job. His work and his manner were very professional. I highly recommend RPG and will definitely call them again to handle any further plumbing issues.
