It's important these days that businesses whether big or small live up to their word, integrity. If a "bigger" job comes in that they feel compelled to do, versues the homeowner they originialy had a commitment with, the company should first honor their commitment to the homeowner. If they can not, they need to return ALL the down payment. A good business adheres to good business ethics, period...why should they get money for a job NOT EVEN BEGUN?
It concerns me that people’s word isn’t reliable when a bigger job comes in and they delay your start date. Every customer is important. Dependability is extremely important when choosing a contractor.
We attempted to engage the services of Jennifer & Sean Irvin, dba, Professional Painting, located in St. Mary's, GA. My husband & I met them in Sherwin Williams in Kingsland, where we relocated to on 12/19/25, to our final retirement home on this earth. On or about 12/30/25, we met with Jennifer Irvin & she performed an in depth inspection & estimate to paint the interior of our home. The teams of Alex & Rafael did an amazing job painting my house. They worked very hard, they were extremely thorough throughout the process and the finished product was exceptional. The business is very well managed with great communication and they also guarantee their work. I highly recommend them for all your painting needs.
