SCAMMERS! they cheat by lying to the insurance, they always say they are going to charge more than what they are doing so the insurance pays more, now that the insurance will not cover it because of their lies they want to charge us for it, this people should not be in business and you should avoid it!!!! I will complain to the BBB, this are scammers that take advantage of people. Owner is extremely rude as well.

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRADULENT!!!! This company was already paid $35,000 by insurance yet tried to charge the customer another $8,000 and even threatened a lien on the house. They added surprise fees after the job was done and used scare tactics instead of honesty. Unprofessional, shady, and not to be trusted.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. RPB Roofing made verbal promises that we would only owe what insurance covered — and that was the only reason we moved forward with them. After the work was done and we paid the only invoice they gave us, they came back months later demanding nearly $8,000 more, full of bogus fees we never agreed to: a $1,000 appraisal fee we didn’t authorize, late fees, interest, and a "non-recoverable depreciation" charge they never mentioned.
