I went over some huge, neglected pot-holes on The University of Utah campus last Spring. Once I reported it in person to Peter Green at his office he went to inspect the problem the following day. When I met with him again a few days afterwards to hear his response to my concern and complaint his supervisor, Deneane Southern, had him write a litany of excuses in a response letter saying how irresponsible I was as a driving over these pot-holes.
